Today I spent the afternoon at the beach with my boys, Colin and Dillon. And it was so touching watching Colin teach Dillon how to stretch out the blanket from side to side so we could sit and enjoy our picnic lunch. Encouraging words were expressed, "Good job Dillon! Thank you Colin!" And for a moment it was just the three of us.. Just the three of us enjoying a sunny afternoon on a small stretched out blanket watching the car ferry come in, counting the seagulls on the beach, and allowing no worry or care to enter our world.. We all need to slow down and create moments like this.. It's within these moments that we can truly be grateful for every blessing in our lives..
